Laboratory Facilities

Where formulas become phenomena - and a child's curiosity finds the right equipment to chase it.

Redbridge has invested in a complete suite of laboratories - Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science and a dedicated STEM & Maker space - so that learning at every grade moves seamlessly from theory to practice. Each lab is supervised by subject specialists, follows international safety norms and is provisioned to support ICSE, ISC, IGCSE and the IB Diploma.

From the moment a primary-school child first peers through a microscope to the day a senior calibrates a circuit for an IB internal assessment, our laboratories give students room to question, design, test and revise their thinking. Practical work is built into the weekly timetable rather than reserved for examination years, so enquiry becomes a habit, not an event.

Students at work in the Redbridge science lab

Chemistry Lab

Fully fitted benches, fume hoods, reagents and glassware for safe, structured experimentation aligned to ICSE, ISC, IGCSE and IBDP syllabi.

Physics Lab

Optics, mechanics, electricity and electronics workstations with precision instruments that turn formulas into observable phenomena.

Biology Lab

Microscopes, specimen sets, anatomical models and dedicated dissection stations for life-science enquiry from junior school upwards.

Computer Lab

Networked desktops, headsets and learning software for ICT, coding and digital-literacy classes across age groups.

STEM & Maker Lab

Robotics kits, electronics, 3D printing and prototyping tools where students design, build and iterate real projects.

Junior Discovery Lab

An age-appropriate exploration space for our primary years - safe materials, magnifying tools and guided enquiry.

Why it matters

Strong laboratories cultivate scientific temperament - the patience to observe, the rigour to verify and the confidence to ask the next question.
