Being in this prestigious position and bearing so much responsibility has been handled admirably and efficiently by Ms Sumita Dutta - bringing the spearhead of change and transforming instructional methods. As COO, she has contributed to the school's continual progress by maximising learning for all pupils. She possesses the leadership and managerial skills required to assist the school in achieving its objective by working collaboratively under its philosophy and core values of a learning-focused school through strategic development. She has taken on academic leadership for the school through curriculum development and maintenance of international accreditation standards while adhering to the guiding principles and policies established by the Board.

Mr. Alok Mittal

An administrative head at a reputed International Academy like Redbridge has the monumental task of supporting students academically, emotionally and socially to ensure the success of all students. After joining Redbridge, Mr Alok Mittal took it into his hands to ensure the seamless operation of the academy's affairs. He may be in charge of maintaining the infrastructure, the smooth functioning of the school, the organisation of sports and athletic events, and the up-gradation of classrooms with advancing technology - yet he claims to have never been alone. He is honoured to work with a strong and committed administrative staff, embarking on a journey of development and innovation by implementing new approaches to old challenges to make Redbridge a better place for everyone.
