CO-CURRICULUM ACTIVITIES

ACTIVITY-BASED REMODELLING OF EDUCATION

Co-curricular activities only supplement Redbridge International Academy’s curriculum. Because the learning requires instruction, partnering arts and creative genres such as music and dance are useful. It is a well-known reality that not all students are academically curious. Getting familiar with co-curricular activities at a young age, allows the students to explore other interests to flourish. Co-curricular activities are hands-on learning experiences that allow students to apply what they’ve learned. Depending on the nature of the activity, co-curricular activities are undertaken individually or in groups, within or outside the classroom. When a child struggles to learn a new ability in early infancy, he or she may feel rejected at times. They persevere, however, and learn to motivate themselves.

ARTS

Students at Redbridge International Academy are motivated to expand their imaginations and develop their skills in various forms of art like geometric drawings, real-life drawings, perspective drawings, paintings like impressionism, fauvism, photorealism and more to their potential.

We all felt proud like we were Picasso as children to draw, colour, and paint. When we start experimenting with colours and combinations, time seems to fly by. All expression is not done with words. Some of the most powerful messages have been delivered via art, and they have beautifully touched the emotions of millions.

MUSIC

Each learner at Redbridge International Academy learns to connect with and harmonise all of their thoughts through music. We have skilled teachers who teach singing as well as piano, drums, tabla, flute, and other musical instruments. Music is the soul’s language. With greater proficiency, students can choose to opt for music to be their major stream or supplementary career option. Students are allowed to not only learn to sing but also to compete at the local, national, and worldwide levels.

PERFORMING ARTS

Students at Redbridge International Academy, are encouraged to use their imaginations, work with their classmates learn and create dance steps. Dance in the classroom helps children develop important learning skills such as creativity, teamwork, critical thinking, and cooperation. In this way, they discover numerous answers to challenges through the creative process. Cognition and intelligence come from the complete body, not just the brain. Combinations of movements improve memory, order, and sequencing.

FINE ARTS

Creative art whose products are valued largely for their imaginative, aesthetic, or intellectual content is fine arts at Redbridge International Academy. Each student is an individual with talents that need to be nurtured. Some skills, when refined, yield spectacular results. This is our goal in fine arts classes. Students are constantly encouraged to think out of the box and express their creativity, even if the results are unconventional. Students gain self-confidence and enjoy finding their strengths
