Being in this prestigious position and bearing so much responsibility has been handled admirably and efficiently by Ms Sumitha Dutta bringing the spearhead of change, and transforming instructional methods. As CEO, she has contributed to the school's continual progress by maximising learning for all pupils. She possesses the leadership and managerial skills required to assist the school in achieving its objective by working collaboratively under its philosophy and core values of a learning-focused school through strategic development. She has taken on academic leadership for the school through curriculum development, and maintenance of international accreditation standards while adhering to the guiding principles and policies established by the Board.
Ms Karen Kunder, who has a great track record of leadership in Redbridge International Academy, has extensive expertise and experience in IBDP and serves as the coordinator. As the Head of Academics, she has demonstrated skill in managing many aspects. She has a strong dedication to academic success through planning according to goals connected with the school's values and priorities to drive teachers, students, and parents while displaying intercultural awareness and valuing the local culture. She has been working toward planning, prioritising, and delegating by making clear, effective, and timely decisions to provide every student with the opportunity to study in recognised colleges around the world, gain confidence, and build on curiosity to see the world through their eyes and establish their point of view. Redbridge International Academy aims to bring about Socio-emotional stability, spatial learning, cognitive skill development, language skills, and logical thinking to achieve holistic development in students.
The primary or early years of school create a solid foundation for the academic superstructure and the character of students. Ms Rakhi Sarish, as a primary school academic coordinator, assists in the development of tailored programmes for pupils in curriculum areas such as spatial learning, cognitive skills, active learning, interactive participation and more. As a dynamic coordinator, she wears numerous hats. The role is demanding as she facilitates training skills, people skills, project management skills, and more. She assists classroom teachers in determining suitable learning strategies for each kid, carefully monitoring their progress throughout the year. Assignments, group discussions, physical activities, arts, and music are organised to instil productive habits to become lifelong learners to be able to pursue interests in subject areas.
