Dr. Andrew Lang, Chair of Computing and Mathematics Oral Roberts University, USA.

Dr. Andrew is the Chair of Computing and Mathematics at the Oral Roberts University, USA. He has been at ORU since 1998 and has often been honored for teaching and academic excellence, including being recognized as Scholar of the Year, Outstanding Honors Program Faculty and Department Faculty Member of the Year.

Since he is also an avid science fiction fan, he co-teaches a course about the "science" portion of "science fiction." Dr. Lang is an expert in Robotics and a frequent publisher in international scientific journals. Dr. Lang is currently collaborating with professors around the world on the Open Notebook Science Solubility Challenge. He has been honored by the White House in the United States for his exemplary contribution to Advanced Sciences at University level.

Dr. Ken Gnanakan, President, ACTS Group of Institutions, Bangalore, India.

Dr. Ken Gnanakan is an Indian educator, environmentalist and theologian. He is well-known author of 14 books and a philosopher whose books are widely read across the world in higher educational institutions. He is the proponent of the concept of Integrated Learning and is frequent speaker worldwide at workshops, seminars and conference across several countries. Dr. Gnanakan, is qualified with a Ph.D. in Philosophy from the Kings College London. He has established the ACTS groups of Institutions and which includes primary and secondary schools, colleges and a private university in India.

He is also Chancellor of the William Carey University and the President of the International Council for Higher Education (ICHE). He is Advisor for the Global Challenges Forum (GCF) and an Advisory to the United Nations Training and Research wing (UNITARI) Geneva. He teaches in universities across USA, India and in other parts of the world on varied subjects such as management, environment, education, theology and philosophy.

Prof. Simon Spencer, Associate Professor PFHEA, Quality Enhancement Lead School of Education and Social Work Faculty of Health, Education and Life Sciences Birmingham City University, City South Campus, Birmingham.

As Associate Professor and the Quality Enhancement Lead for the School of Education and Social Work, Prof. Simon has responsibility for all quality and compliance matters for programmes covering the initial training of teachers and social workers, cross-education professionals, and the continuing professional development of experienced practitioners in education related fields. Prof. Simon is a member of the School Executive Group, playing a key strategic leadership role. Prof. Simon has worked in teacher education for 20 years...


For much of that time he led the internationally recognised Postgraduate Certificate in Education programme, training teachers to become secondary school teachers in a range of subject areas. Under Prof. Simon’s leadership, the programme was ranked as ‘Outstanding’ by inspectors. Prof. Simon has also been engaged in the training of teachers overseas for a number of years.

Prof. Simon is a member of the Management Forum of the Universities Council for the Education of Teachers (UCET), having previously been Chair of the UCET Secondary Committee and a member of the UCET Executive. He is also a member of the Standing Committee for Initial Teacher Education in Drama (SCITED). He has served as an External Examiner at a number of British Universities. Prof. Simon holds a Principal Fellowship from Advance HE, formerly known as the Higher Education Academy. This award is in recognition of his contribution to teaching and learning in higher education at regional, national and international levels.

Prof. Simon is a Trustee and Vice Chair of Governors for a multi-academy trust in Birmingham. He Chairs the Raising Standards Committee and has a strategic governance role in the running of the schools that are part of the trust. He is also a member of the Steering Committee for two School Centred Initial Teacher Training institutions. Prof. Simon is a drama specialist and makes effective use of drama as both content and method in his teaching. Before joining Birmingham City University, Prof. Simon taught drama and theatre studies in secondary schools and in further education and was Head of Department and Assistant Head of Year at a large comprehensive school in Birmingham.

Prof. Jose Cherian, Head of the College of Education, Christ University, Bangalore, India.

Professor Jose Cherian is the Associate Professor and Head of Department, School of Education, Christ University, Bangalore for 12 years now. Earlier he was a Lecturer at the Mont Fort College of Education, Bangalore. Prior to this he was Education Instructor in the Indian Air Force for a over decade. He is the Chairman of Board of Studies, School of Education, Christ University and Member of the Academic Council of Christ University, Bangalore.

He is qualified with a Ph.D. in Education and is a research guide for Ph.D, MA Education and M.Phil students. Prof. Jose has published several research articles and presented papers in international conferences. He is a team member in advisory capacity to the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE, Delhi) and is collaborating as a Faculty with a University in Switzerland. He has keen interest in educational reform in Schools, and has authored and co-authored several reputed Books on Education.

Dr. T. R. Raju, Distinguished Neuroscientist, NIMHANS, Bangalore, India.

Dr. T. R. Raju is currently Distinguished Scientist Indian Council for Medical Research (ICMR) at NIMHANS, Bangalore. He is a reputed Neuroscientist and was previously Head of Neurophysiology, and Academic Dean of NIMHANS. He is an alumnus of the Australian National University and Harvard University, USA. He has published over a 100 research papers in Neuroscience and is the President, Bangalore Chapter of Society for Neuroscience for over a decade.


He is an internationally acclaimed speaker at global conferences, and has received a number of national awards and citations for his research work. Dr. Raju is associated as an Editor to scientific journals, and is advisor to several educational and research institutes.

Dr. Rajendra Joshi, Director for Learning and Development, Marwari University, Rajkot, India.

Dr. Rajendra Joshi, is an educator, a visionary and a leader in the field of international education. He has over three decades of cross functional experience in higher education management and teacher training for international schoosl. He is qualified with a PhD in Humanities and Social Sciences from the Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai. He is currently the Director for Learning and Development at the Marwari University at Rajkot. Prior to this he was the Head of the Mission 10 X Educational Research Foundation of Wipro for 5 years. He has also been the founder Director of the Indus Training and Research Institute, the teacher training institute of Indus International Schools for 2 years...

He was the Dean of Education Studies at the International Academy for Creative Teaching at the Jain Group of Institutions for 4 years. He also been the Vice Principal and Lecturer at the Chowgule College at Margao, Goa for almost a decade. He started his career as a Teacher at the Valley School instituted by the Jiddu Krishnamurthy foundation. He has been a quality evaluation expert on the National Assessment and Accreditation Council instituted by the Govt. of India for ranking UGC Govt. Colleges across the Country. He has keen interest in transformative education in international schools and teacher training programmes. Dr. Joshi is widely travelled across several countries and is a renowed education expert in government and private educational management bodies in different educational institutes across India.

Ms. Pritam Benjamin, Educational Consultant, Indus Trust, Bangalore

Mrs Pritam Benjamin has had a distinguished career as an International School Education for over 35 years. She is currently and Advisor to the CEO of the Indus Trust. She was the founder Principal of the Indus International School, Bangalore, and has been principal of several international schools including Inventure Academy, NAFL, NEEV, OASIS, and is a well known teacher and educational leader celebrated by students, faculty and parents across Bangalore.


She was also the Director of the Indus Training and Research Institute in Bangalore and is closely associated with a number of Schools as an educational advisor.
